:

Shift Supervisor is responsible to ensure an efficient operation and compliance to expectations of the parking staff during scheduled shifts.

Key Tasks of the Role:

Supervise daily activities and scheduling of Shuttle Drivers and Parking Ambassadors.

Communicate clearly and effectively with the staff, giving specific attention to our core values and maintaining a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and accountability.

Ensure that Quality Standards are maintained and upheld.

Violations of company policy should be brought to the attention of the Operations Manager before your next shift starts.

You are responsible to verify and sign off on the cash reporting for each shift worked.

You are responsible to ensure that the facility is clean, presentable and that the parking equipment is fully stocked for the next shift.

Engage and resolve customer complaints, promoting positive relations by being responsive and attentive to customer needs.

Knowledge of and compliance of all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.

A good understanding and enforcement of Health and Safety guidelines and processes.

Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area in order to answer questions and provide helpful information to our staff and customers.

Perform snow removal by operating truck plows, and sidewalk snow sweepers

Perform additional duties and assist in the coordination of special projects as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of parking or hospitality experience (supervisory an asset)

Alberta Class 4 Drivers License with current driver's abstract report.

Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, in all elements of weather.

Ability to perform minor physical tasks, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate machinery (ie. Snow machines/plows, drive shuttles, etc.). Knowledge of snow removal and experiences of operating truck plows and snow sweepers.

Develop and maintain a cooperative team-building environment. Be a positive role model encouraging open communication and positive solution-based problem solving.
