About the Role

Aerosports Brampton is seeking an energetic and service-driven Supervisor to support daily park operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in

retail, events, hospitality, or customer service

who are confident leading teams, resolving guest concerns, and driving strong service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized park Supervise, coach, and motivate frontline staff during shifts Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest escalations professionally Support birthday parties, group bookings, and special events Encourage upselling of memberships, session passes, parties, and add-ons Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage Enforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures Support POS operations, cash handling, and end-of-day processes
Qualifications

1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred Background in

retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service

strongly considered Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Driver's license and access to a vehicle considered an asset
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move throughout the park for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if required
