What we want
Under the supervision of the Director of massage therapy and treatments, the main objective of the Supervisor is to supervise the work of the customer service teams and ensure the smooth running of operations. The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for administrative follow-up, monitoring the work done by his or her team and maintaining good relations with customers. He/she ensures the continuous improvement of processes and the development of his/her team.
What you will do
Ensures organizational standards of customer service are met;
Ensures that the customer experience is impeccable;
Follows up on customer complaints and proactively resolves them;
Identifies areas for improvement in existing procedures;
Completes reports relevant to operations;
Opens and closes the reception area and the site, ensuring that the premises are clean and safe;
Records any accidents that occur and the actions taken to remedy them;
Ensures a good team spirit and a good synergy within all departments;
Participates in the training of employees;
Participates in the development and follow-up of work schedules;
Assigns tasks and distributes team activities;
Assigns tasks and distributes the team's activities; Performs any other related task requested by his/her immediate superior or required by his/her duties.
Profile required
College degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, management or other relevant training; an asset
Minimum 1-year experience as a supervisor;
Experience in customer service;
Computer skills;
Knowledge of other languages is an asset;
Interpersonal and social skills;
Inspiring and dynamic leadership;
Ability to solve problems quickly;
May have to deal with some stressful situations;
Ability to lift and stand for long periods.
Contract Duration
This is a 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension depending on operational needs.
Salary
According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa Village.
Work schedule
40 hours per week; schedule may vary day, evening and weekend.
