Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Experience in cash handling and financial reporting within a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of the food industry, including serving techniques and barista experience is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
