Le (la) Superviseur(euse) ligne de production, joue un role essentiel dans le maintien d'une allocation optimale des ressources et des normes de qualite au sein de L'atelier d'usinage. Charge de superviser le personnel des deux secteurs, son objectif principal est de promouvoir l'excellence operationnelle a travers des indicateurs cles de performance tels que la securite, la qualite, le service, la rentabilite et le moral.
B. Principales responsabilites
Gerer les conges annuels et les autres demandes de conge, surveiller leur niveau et veiller au respect des politiques.
Utiliser les descriptions de travail pour l'atelier d'usinage afin de clarifier les taches et les attentes des nouveaux employes et d'assurer le respect continu des taches assignees.
Faciliter la communication de la haute direction concernant les vacances, la formation et d'autres questions pertinentes a l'atelier.
Superviser et coordonner les activites des chef(fe)s de file, des operateur(trice)s, des manutentionnaires de matieres et des transporteurs.
Collaborer avec l'equipe de maintenance preventive totale pour allouer les temps d'arret des machines et resoudre rapidement les pannes.
Surveiller tableau de bord du systeme de gestion pour le suivi en temps reel des commandes dans EPICOR (ERP), assurant un fonctionnement fluide.
Veiller a ce que les chef(fe)s d'equipe identifient et reglent rapidement les problemes de production dans l'atelier, en coordonnant les resolutions au besoin.
Mettre l'accent sur la qualite et la precision de toutes les pieces produites dans l'atelier.
Faciliter la livraison en temps opportun des demandes de remaniement du service de cablage.
D'autres taches peuvent etre confiees par le gestionnaire.
C. Education
Education technique dans un domaine connexe est preferable.
D. Experience
Fabrication : 5 ans (obligatoire)
2+ annees d'experience prealable en matiere de supervision ou de direction est requise.
E. Logiciel
La maitrise des logiciels MS Office et une bonne connaissance des logiciels de gestion de la production sont souhaitables.

Production Line Supervisor
plays a pivotal role in maintaining optimal resource allocation and quality standards within the machine shop department. Tasked with overseeing personnel in both areas, their primary objective is to drive operational excellence across key performance indicators such as safety, quality, service, cost-effectiveness, and morale.
B. Key Responsibilities
To manage vacation days and other leave requests, monitor their levels, and ensure adherence to policies.
To utilize job descriptions for the machine shop roles to clarify duties and expectations to new hires and ensure ongoing adherence to assigned tasks.
To facilitate communication from upper management regarding holidays, training, and other relevant matters to the shop floor.
To oversee and coordinate the activities of lead hands, operators, material handlers, and conveyors.
To collaborate with the Total Preventive Maintenance Team to allocate machine downtime and promptly address breakdowns.
To monitor the MS (Management System) Dashboard for real-time tracking of orders in in EPICOR (ERP), ensuring smooth operation.
To ensure lead hands promptly identify and address production issues on the shop floor, coordinating resolutions as needed.
To maintain a focus on the quality and precision of all parts produced within the machine shop.
To facilitate timely delivery of rework requests from the wiring department.
Other duties or tasks may be assigned by the manager.
C. Education
Technical education in a related field is preferred.
D. Experience
Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
2+ years previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.
E. Software
Proficiency in MS office suit and familiarity with production management software is desirable.
