Raison d'etre du poste
Relevant du vp senior service a la clientele, le ou la titulaire de ce poste est responsable d'encadrer, motiver et de s'assurer de la qualite du service offert aux clients ainsi que du respect des procedures interne par les membre de l'equipe. Son role principale sera d'assurer la gestion de l'equipe du service a la clientele.
Responsabilites
Assurer la supervision de l'equipe du service a la clientele;
Accueillir, integrer et former les nouveaux employes de l'equipe;
Etablir les objectifs du departement, apporter le support necessaire a ses employes et s'assurer de les atteindre (environnement, outil de travail etc.);
Evaluer et controler le rendement et le comportement de ses employes, donner de la retroaction et prendre les mesures correctives le cas echeant;
Effectuer des rencontres de suivi periodiques et individuels avec les employes de son equipe et s'assurer de maintenir celle-ci motivee et vouee a l'atteinte des resultats;
S'assurer du respect des procedures etablies par l'entreprise ;
Veiller sur les Indicateurs de performances;
Ameliorations continues des processus;
Toutes autres taches connexes.
Exigences d'emploi
Scolarite requise
DEC en administration et toute combinaison d'etudes et experiences pertinentes
Competences techniques
3 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion d'equipe, experience dans le secteur aerospatial (un atout);
Maitrise de la suite office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.);
Etre capable de partager ses experiences et sa pratique;
Experience avec le systeme EPICOR (un atout);
Experience dans la gestion d'equipe;
Bilinguisme (francais et anglais)

Purpose of the position
Reporting to the Senior VP of Customer Service, the incumbent of this position is responsible for supervising, motivating, and ensuring the quality of service provided to customers, as well as ensuring that team members comply with internal procedures. Their primary role will be to manage the customer service team.
Responsibilities
Supervise the customer service team;
Welcome, onboard, and train new team members;
Set departmental objectives, provide necessary support to employees, and ensure goals are met (work environment, tools, etc.);
Evaluate and monitor employee performance and behavior, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary;
Conduct regular one-on-one follow-up meetings with team members and ensure the team remains motivated and focused on achieving results;
Ensure compliance with company-established procedures;
Monitor performance indicators;
Continuously improving processes;
Perform any other related tasks.
Job Requirements
Education Requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Administration or any combination of relevant education and experience.
Technical skills
3 to 5 years of team management. Experience in the aerospace sector (an asset);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.);
Ability to share knowledge and best practices;
Experience with the EPICOR system (an asset);
Team management experience;
Bilingualism (French and English)
