Job Description


Assurer un travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe coh\xc3\xa9rent. Contr\xc3\xb4ler l\'apparence et la tenue vestimentaire du personnel et corriger toute n\xc3\xa9gligence. Communiquer avec les clients, les autres employ\xc3\xa9s ou services afin d\'assurer que les besoins des clients sont pris en charge. Essayer de r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 tous les pr\xc3\xa9paratifs sp\xc3\xa9ciaux des banquets. Mettre en place la salle de banquet, assurer la propret\xc3\xa9 et une bonne mise en place des meubles/\xc3\xa9quipements. Contr\xc3\xb4ler et garantir la propret\xc3\xa9, l\'\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9gance et le respect des exigences du groupe et des standards de la compagnie dans la mise en place des tables et r\xc3\xa9soudre tout probl\xc3\xa8me. Documenter toutes les informations pertinentes dans le journal du service. Aider la direction \xc3\xa0 embaucher, former, planifier, \xc3\xa9valuer, conseiller, rappeler les r\xc3\xa8gles de disciplines, motiver et accompagner les employ\xc3\xa9s. Follow and enforce all channel security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, accident risks, accidents or injuries; complete training and obtain required safety certifications. Ensure uniform and appearance are clean and professional. Respect the confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, carrying, and placing objects weighing more than 75 pounds (34 kg). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Grasp, rotate, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights requiring excellent motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach for objects above the head and below the knees, including bending, body rotations, pulling, and stooping. Traveling on sloping, uneven surfaces or slippery steps. Go up and down stairs and service ramps. Greet and recognize all customers according to company standards.
