Le superviseur de la couture est responsable de la coordination et de la planification des activites des operateurs de machines a coudre, en veillant a ce que l'equipe soit performante et atteigne des quotas quotidiens.

Principales responsabilites:

• Responsable de la supervision principale des operateurs de machines a coudre
• Examiner quotidiennement le calendrier de chargement de l'usine et planifier la production en consequence
• Examiner l'echantillon de production approuve et les specifications avant de commencer la production pour chaque commande d'achat validee.
• Calculez le nombre d'operateurs de machine a coudre requis - sur la base d'une efficacite de 100%, par operation et par style, sur les commandes coupees et groupees afin de respecter les quotas quotidiens.
• Affecter les operateurs appropries aux competences correspondantes aux taches appropriees
• Responsable de la formation et de la formation des operateurs de machines a coudre du departement
• Suivre la formation de chaque operateur pour s'assurer qu'il a bien compris comment effectuer l'operation avec une efficacite et une qualite acceptables.
• Informer regulierement les operateurs du nombre d'unites par heure et par jour necessaires pour une efficacite de 100%.
• Aviser le responsable de la production lorsque les operateurs atteignent des niveaux acceptables pour atre chronometres (a un rythme temporaire)
• Examiner la masse salariale quotidiennement pour mesurer a la fois l'efficacite et l'inefficacite
• Passez en revue les personnes peu performantes et travaillez avec elles pour creer des plans d'action pour l'amelioration.
• Effectuer des contrales de qualite sur chaque operateur de votre departement tout au long de la journee
• S'assurer que tous les problemes de qualite sont resolus et apporter des corrections pour amelioration
• Fournir un environnement sar au sein des departements et des ateliers de fabrication
• Communiquer les valeurs fondamentales a l'equipe

Experience, formation et designations:

• Experience de couture d'au moins 5 ans, de preference dans l'industrie de la fabrication de vatements
• 2-3 ans d'experience en supervision

Connaissances, competences et attributs:

• Doit atre capable de traiter efficacement avec divers groupes de travailleurs
• Doit atre familiarise avec les operations de la machine a coudre
• Capacite multitache dans un environnement en evolution rapide
• Competences en leadership et en relations interpersonnelles
• Capable de hierarchiser les priorites et d'operer de maniere proactive, en traitant les problemes de maniere calme le cas echeant
• Capable de rester debout pendant de longues periodes

Qualifications

Job Purpose:

The Sewing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and planning the activities of the Sewing Machine Operators, ensuring that the team is performing at a high level and reaching daily quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

A Responsible for the main supervision of sewing machine operators

A Review the factory loading schedule daily and plan production accordingly

A Review the approved production sample and specifications before beginning production for each released purchase order

A Calculate how many sewing machine operators are required - based on 100% efficiency, per operation, and per style on orders cut and bundled in order to meet daily quotas

A Assign the appropriate operators with matching skills to appropriate tasks

A Responsible for training and providing instruction to sewing machine operators in department

A Follow through with training for each operator to ensure they have a clear understanding of how to perform the operation with acceptable efficiency and quality

A Regularly update operators on how many units per hour and per day is required for 100% efficiency

A Advise Manager of Production when operators are performing at acceptable levels to be timed (if at a temporary rate)

A Review payroll daily to measure both efficiencies and inefficiencies

A Review low performers and work with them to create action plans for improvement

A Perform quality checks on each operator in your department throughout the day

A Ensure all quality issues are being addressed and make corrections for improvement

A Provide a safe environment within department and manufacturing floor

A Communicate core values to team

Experience, Education and Designations:

A 5+ years' sewing experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing industry

A 2-3 years' supervisory experience

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

A Must be able to deal effectively with diverse group of workers

A Must be familiar with sewing machine operations

A Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

A Leadership and interpersonal skills

A Able to prioritize and operate proactively, handling issues in a calm manner when appropriate

A Able to stand for extended periods of time
