• D\xc3\xa9finir les strat\xc3\xa9gies du plan de fabrication;

• Coordonnateur de la gestion des premier r\xc3\xa9pondant Andon

• Planifier et coordonner les inspections du premier article (FAI);

• Identifier les exigences de production et optimiser les processus (\xc3\x89liminer la non-valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e);

• D\xc3\xa9finir les exigences et d\xc3\xa9velopper le plan de fabrication tel que :

o Formation et qualifications,o Outillage, Fabrication et assemblage,o Am\xc3\xa9nagement de l\'usine, environnement, sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, ergonomie ;

• Responsable du premier article (y compris tous les changements affectant le processus de fabrication);

• Responsable de fournir aux travailleurs de l\'assemblage la feuille d\'instructions de travail appropri\xc3\xa9e

• Documenter les processus d\'industrialisation ;

• Planifier les activit\xc3\xa9s des M\xc3\xa9thodes et suivre les progr\xc3\xa8s;

• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\'analyse comparative et aux meilleures pratiques pour assurer la progression vers la classe mondiale.

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

• Formation scolaire et/ou technique en a\xc3\xa9rospatiale avec environ dix (10) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience.

• Vous avez su g\xc3\xa9rer des projets techniques pour assurer une industrialisation optimale d\'un produit.

• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences relationnelles.

• Leader naturel avec de tr\xc3\xa8s bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences en coaching

• Leader d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes

• Define the strategies of the manufacturing plan;
• Plan and co-ordinate the first article inspections (FAI);
• Coordinate andon first respond team
• Identify production requirements and optimize processes (Eliminate non-value added);
• Define requirements and develop the manufacturing plan such as:
• Training and qualifications,
• Tooling, Fabrication and assembly,
• Plant layout, environment, health & safety, ergonomics;
• Responsible for the first article (including all changes affecting the manufacturing process);
• Responsible to provide assembly workers with the proper work instruction sheet
• Document industrialization processes;
• Plan Methods activities and monitor progress;
• Participate to benchmarking and best practices to ensure progression towards world class.

As our ideal candidate,

• Educational and/or technical background in aerospace with approximately 5 (5) years of experience.
• You have been successful in managing technical projects to ensure optimal industrialization of a product.
• Strong inter-relationship skills.
• Natural leader with very good coaching skills
• Experience leader in problem solving
• This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
