1. OBJECTIFS DU POSTE

Coordonner et assurer une maintenance adequate des equipements et des infrastructures corporatifs. Planifier, coordonner et executer differents programmes d'entretien preventif ou correctif d'equipement conformement aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) en collaboration avec les differents departements. Garantir un bon suivi des interventions et une bonne qualite pour les operations realisees aupres des departements demandeurs.
2. PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Prestation de service



Fournir au quotidien le support necessaire au bon demarrage et deroulement de la production. Coordonner les interventions de la sous-traitance et des ressources internes. Participer a la planification des fermetures annuelles et superviser les activites en termes de maintenance et entretien. Coordonner l'installation et le demarrage de nouveaux equipements. Veiller a la satisfaction du client quant aux interventions correctives. Piloter la resolution de problemes lies au fonctionnement et/ou la maintenance d'equipements et d'infrastructure. Veiller au respect des BPF et des regles d'hygiene corporatives lors des interventions.

Documentation



Reviser et approuver les registres d'entretien des equipements et les certifications. Evaluer l'impact, du point de vue de l'entretien, des deviations aux equipements. Initier, suivre et fermer les controles de changements du departement de la maintenance et les questions afferentes dans les delais et conformement aux procedures corporatives. Redaction des Procedures d'Operations Normalisees (PON). Veiller a la conformite de la documentation selon les BPF et les Bonnes Pratiques de Documentation (BPD).

Supervision du personnel



Ebaucher les descriptions de taches du personnel sous sa supervision, conjointement avec le departement des Ressources Humaines (RH). Assurer le recrutement, la formation et l'encadrement du personnel sous sa supervision conjointement avec les RH. Communiquer a ses employes les attentes liees a leurs postes, les objectifs departementaux, l'avancement des activites et discuter avec eux des ecarts observes. Evaluer les competences t les performances, suggerer les augmentations salariales du personnel sous sa supervision.

Participer aux objectifs du departement conformement aux objectifs strategiques corporatifs. Participer a la gestion du budget de son departement. S'assurer d'avoir un inventaire minimum pour les pieces necessaires a l'entretien des equipements. Veiller au respect des regles de sante et securite lors de la preparation et l'execution des travaux par les ressources internes et externes. Effectuer toute autre tache connexe jugee pertinente dans le cadre du poste.
3. EXIGENCES ET APTITUDES

Baccalaureat en ingenierie, en Sciences, Diplome d'Etudes Collegiales en mecanique ou toute autre experience pertinente. 5 a 10 ans d'experience en maintenance dans l'industrie manufacturiere, de preference pharmaceutique. Experience en supervision de personnel. Etre familier avec les equipements et systemes pharmaceutiques. Connaissances en construction et renovations de batiments. Connaissance des techniques de soudage et de machinerie. Connaissance des BPF canadiennes et internationales. Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) et excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite. Connaissance des outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft. Autonome, organise et oriente vers le client. Bon jugement critique et bonnes aptitudes de resolutions de problemes. Bon esprit d'equipe.

2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Service provider



Provide the day-to-day support required for the smooth launch and running of production. Coordinate the work of subcontractors and internal resources. Participate in the planning of annual shutdowns and supervise activities in terms of maintenance and upkeep. Coordinate installation and new equipment set-ups. Ensure client satisfaction with corrective maintenance. Lead the resolution of problems related to the operation and/or maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with GMP and corporate hygiene rules during interventions.

Documentation



Review and approve equipment maintenance registers and certifications. Evaluate the maintenance impact of equipment deviations. Initiate, track and close maintenance department change controls and related questions within the deadlines and in accordance with corporate procedures. Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure documentation compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Staff supervision



Draft job descriptions for personnel under his/her supervision, in collaboration with the Human Resources (HR) department. Recruit, train and coach staff under his/her supervision in collaboration with HR. Communicate job expectations, departmental objectives and progress to employees, and discuss variations with them. Evaluate skills and performance, suggest salary increases for staff under his/her supervision.

Other



Participate in departmental objectives in accordance with corporate strategic objectives. Participate in department budget management. Ensure minimum inventory for equipment maintenance purposes. Ensure compliance with health and safety rules during the preparation and execution of work by internal and external resources. Perform any other related tasks judged pertinent to the position.
3. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT AND APTITUDES

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, Diploma of collegial studies in mechanics or other relevant experience. 5 to 10 years experience in maintenance in the manufacturing industry, preferably pharmaceutical. Experience in staff supervision. knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment and systems. Knowledge of building construction and renovation. Knowledge of welding and machinery technics. Knowledge of Canadian and international GMP. Bilingualism (French/English) and excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of computer tools, particularly the Microsoft suite. Self-driven, organized and customer oriented. Good critical judgment and problem-solving skills. Good team spirit.
