Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. This is a private contractor position and you will be hired by the individual family. I am seeking a dedicated Supervised Instructor Therapist to work with a private family receiving funding through the OAP program. As an Private Contractor, you will work with youths in a social setting and in home, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to support their development and progress.

Responsibilities

- Implement individualized therapy plans based on ABA principles

- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with children in the home and in the community

- Collect data using an online format

- Collaborate with families, R.B.A., caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

- Assist in case management and treatment planning

Requirements

Required:

- Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques

- be available between 5:00-7:00 pm 2 times a week (Monday-Friday)

Nice-to-have:

- Background in special education or related field

- Experience in teaching social skills to children with special needs

- High School tutoring experience

- College degree in a Behavioural Science course or related field
