Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervised Instructor to join our team as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will work with children and adolescents/adults to provide ABA Therapy aimed at improving overall well-being and socially significant behaviours. This role requires a strong understanding of Neuro-divergence, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families.

Duties

Conduct assessments to evaluate the learning needs of children and implement individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices to promote socially significant behaviour changes. Monitor patient progress through regular data collection and documentation. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care when needed. Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and treatment outcomes. Stay informed about current research and best practices in behavioral therapy

Requirements

Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, CYC, ECE, DSW or a related field; can be in progress Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. A strong understanding of the Neurodivergent community.
