We're seeking an experienced

Superintendent / Project Manager

to lead operations in logging, land clearing, and excavation. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage logging, land clearing, and excavation projects. Supervise crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project timelines. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Monitor project budgets, resources, and progress, and report to senior management. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in logging, land clearing, or excavation project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety standards, forestry regulations, and environmental compliance. Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical documents. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Minimum Class 5 Driver's Licence
