Eng-Con Holdings Ltd is now accepting applications for Underground Superintendent.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all aspects of water and sewer construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Underground Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
