The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Superintendent, Learning & Development to join our Learning and Development team in Thompson, Manitoba. This is a permanent position working on site.
The Superintendent Learning & Development, leads and manages the Manitoba Learning & Development team and works collaboratively with other Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors within the functional and cross functional areas of the Manitoba Operations to deliver learning and development to Production and Maintenance employees. The Superintendent effectively administers approved training plans through the management of their team and other resources, in turn meeting the current and future business needs of the Manitoba Operations.
The Superintendent is to support the Manager of Human Resources in achieving established goals and objectives through continuous improvement. This role supports the alignment and implementation of both regional and local Learning and Development objectives at the site level in the Manitoba Operations Mines and Surface Plants.
