Our commercial real estate employer is looking to hire a F/T Superintendent. Their successful candidate will oversee the property\'s day-to-day operations, including supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and monitoring the project\'s progress.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing
- Experienced in repairs and general maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting
- Maintenance of common areas
- Respond to tenant concerns
- Knowledge of inspecting and completing the Fire safety logbook
- Assist and accompany all service personnel to the maintenance area
- Inspect and clean all common areas, corridors, and washrooms daily
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
- 2 year(s) prior experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to prioritize and organize workload
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
