Job Title: Superintendent, Sechelt, BCSalary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 + Completion Bonus

Accommodation ProvidedOur client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a $28M, 4-storey wood-frame seniors living facility in Sechelt, BC. This 94-unit residential complex requires a Superintendent who is driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in managing residential construction projects.What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities for the 4-storey wood-frame residential project.
• Coordinate and communicate with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure project completion within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Work closely with the project team to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee site safety, compliance, and WorkSafe BC regulations, prioritizing zero-incident outcomes.
• Participate in all project phases from pre-construction to post-occupancy, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally within residential or wood-frame construction.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results.
• Knowledge of WorkSafe BC and other regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to live and work in Sechelt for the project duration.
