Kinetic Construction Ltd.

has an opportunity in or Richmond office for a

Superintendent

to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees, while effectively managing the project, subtrades and liaising with the client. Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure the project is successful. This position will promote Kinetic within the industry for the purposes of business development and recruitment.

The salary band for this position is $123,415 - $185,123 and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

Certificate, diploma or degree in Construction or related field experience 5+ years experience in ICI construction as a superintendent Gold Seal Certification an asset Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, SmartSheet and Procore Extensive history of working on a site until project completion and success
