Superintendent Industrial Construction Projects

Job Description
- Oversee, manage, and mentor assistant superintendents
- Work closely with the Project Manager to select manpower, prepare construction schedules, materials & equipment
- Drive the project to be completed within budget & on time
- Coordinate all subcontractor activities
- Enforce all Safety & QC policies on site
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent
- Proficient computer skills in Procore or similar
- Experience with Industrial projects is desirable
- A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. Solution oriented
