Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role in Toronto requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and deliver successful outcomes.

• Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timelines and cost objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure materials and resources are available to meet project needs.

A successful Superintendent should have:
