Compensation
$50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do
Lead and work alongside crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec.
Oversee all onsite activities -- from planning and scheduling to supervising subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance.
Support the preparation of budgets, contracts, and change orders, and ensure accurate documentation (timesheets, reports, daily logs).
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs each day to keep the project moving efficiently.
Conduct regular safety inspections, manage quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.
Represent Pacific Industrial & Marine Ltd. in meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Drive project close-out with precision -- ensuring all deliverables are met and documentation is complete.
What You Bring
Marine construction experience and comfort working on or around the water.
Proven experience in site supervision or project management within a marine environment.
Strong understanding of local, provincial, and federal compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
Microsoft Office proficiency and solid administrative know-how.
Valid driver's license (First Aid, SVOP, and VHF certifications are strong assets).
A collaborative, safety-first mindset and passion for building great projects and great teams.
