In this position, you will be primarily responsible for developing and managing educational programs and partnerships (including a network of post-secondary institutions), ensuring funding compliance and fostering a supportive learning environment.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Designing and developing rural STEM based curriculum accentuating experiential learning methodologies;

Overseeing educational programs to ensure they are culturally relevant and of the highest quality;
?
Coaching and mentoring education staff, providing guidance and support in accordance with HR policies to promote collaboration and professional growth;

Managing budgets, securing available funding, andensuring compliance with reporting requirements;
?
Engaging with community members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to support inclusive, socially aligned educational initiatives;
?
Utilizing data analysis to track student outcomes and refine instructional methods;
?
Ensuring compliance with current Alberta provincial standards and integrating innovative teaching methods;
?
Advocating for rural student needs and values in interactions with school boards and representing the community effectively;
?
Navigating challenges related to funding, curriculumdesign/development and overall change management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,051.21-$153,746.18 per year
