The mission we are proposing:

Under the responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor, the Super Cleaner is responsible for executing enhanced cleaning of manufacturing equipment (stations, holding tanks, supply lines, portable equipment) in compliance with sanitary standards. Ensures the quality and compliance of operations, coordinates team members, demonstrates strong leadership, and actively contributes to continuous improvement and process optimization.

An overview of your new position



Follow the Super Cleaning schedule according to the biofilm prevention and removal program, in collaboration with the hygienist; Perform Super Cleanings in the Manufacturing department (stations, pipeline, equipment, parts, etc.) in accordance with internal requirements and the established schedule (typically every 6 months or as needed); Act as a resource person and role model for other employees involved in enhanced cleaning operations; Enter Super Cleaning data into data collection systems (AS400, Excel, etc.); Communicate the progress of work to the supervisor clearly and in a timely manner; Actively contribute to the improvement of enhanced cleaning practices by proposing innovative and effective solutions; Strictly adhere to work procedures, Health & Safety regulations, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in effect at KDC-Knowlton; Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and rigor in all tasks performed, whether or not they are explicitly mentioned in this posting; Take charge of multiple valve repairs as required; Perform any other related duties as assigned.

You are the ideal candidate if you have



Diploma of Secondary Education; Knowledge of mechanics and the ability to disassemble and reassemble precision equipment; Ability to lift loads up to 23kg; Ability to read and follow long detailed instructions; Ability to use AS400 to enter Super Cleaning data (knowledge of Excel and Word is an asset); Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
