Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Super. In this role, you will oversee operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, commercial driving, and automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations Manage and train team members to enhance productivity and performance Operate forklifts and heavy equipment as needed for various tasks Coordinate freight handling and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles to maintain operational efficiency Assist in automotive repair tasks when necessary to support the team Maintain accurate records of operations, inventory, and equipment usage

Qualifications

Proven experience in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling Familiarity with freight logistics and commercial driving practices Strong background in automotive repair is preferred but not mandatory Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $16.10-$45.04 per hour
