Job Description

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide

regular Sunday coverage

at our

SDM

pharmacy. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and maintain pharmacy operations during assigned shifts. Flexibility, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling. Verify medication safety, interactions, and dosage. Manage inventory and oversee pharmacy workflows. Administer vaccinations (if certified) and provide health consultations. Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers. Adhere to provincial regulations and company policies. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.

Requirements:

Valid pharmacist license in Ontario. 1+ years of pharmacy experience (retail/community preferred).

Experience with Healthwatch.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different pharmacy environments. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Experience:

pharmacist: 1 year (preferred) Healthwatch: 1 year (preferred)
