Your Opportunity

An opportunity exists for a highly organized and eager Summer Student to join our Water Team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Attend and prepare meeting minutes.

Coordinating project communications between Project Managers and design staff.

Support the preparation of documentation such as memorandums, reports, proposals, and other communications with a focus on plain language and proper grammar.

Support the team in filing and preparation of work and work product.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and take direction from the team.

Education and Experience

In progress toward earning a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in electrical engineering, communications, or related field.

Salary Range(s):

• $21.86 Per Hour - $29.99 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
