Learn to manage relationships with local ag and food businesses in the corporate and commercial marketplace. Working under the mentorship of experienced Relationship Managers, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help tailor financing packages to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. The work term is May to August 2024. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
- Work with customers to build financing packages that meet their business needs
- Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners
- Look for opportunities to build a loan portfolio
- Analyze customer financial information
- A drive to learn and succeed
- Strong communication skills
- A team-focused approach
- A multi-tasker who can make informed decisions and solve problems
- Enrolment in a program for a degree in agriculture, business or commerce
- At least one year of sales or marketing experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- An understanding of modern Canadian agriculture
