Position: Full-time Temp (May 5 - August 29, 2025)

This position is offered through the support of the Government of Canada-Canada Summer Jobs Program. All applicants must meet the minimum requirements of that program (see below).
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
• must be between 16 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
• was registered as a full-time student during the preceding academic year;
• intends to return to school on a full-time basis during the next academic year;
• is a student in post-secondary, vocational, or technical program;
• is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act• and;
is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
Qualifications
Education and Professional Certification
• Completion of a high school diploma.
• Currently attending an Architectural Technology program or equivalent in a related field.
Experience
One (1) year of practical experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Services
• Measure and photograph existing Ranch Ehrlo properties to create multi-media 3D walkthrough presentations.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD and the use of it as a design tool to create as-built floor plans, or other design drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create and edit databases for Property Management assets.
• Ability to create and communicate design concepts through hand-drawn or digital sketches.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ensure care, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned assets and resources including: building(s), vehicle(s), furnishings, and equipment.

• Adhere to written or verbal agency and government regulations, policies, practices, and instructions.
Additional Requirements
The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.
Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
