We are currently seeking Summer Students, 4 month contract positions in our Moncton office. This role is ideally suited to an individual who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

As a Summer Student you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders for title insurance by phone, fax and internet. You will manage customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service. Working with multiple internal departments you will ensure ever customer receives the highest level of service. In your role you will become an expert on title insurance and the various FCT products and provide information and advice to our valued customers.

HERE\xe2\x80\x99S HOW YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL CONTRIBUTE:

Receive and process orders for title insurance by phone, fax and internet

Address and advise lawyers on any issues related to their specific files

Educate customers on title insurance and the various products FCT offers and distribute information packages

Accurately close and file policies with reference to all applicable information (File order, content, appropriate documents, etc)

En tant qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudiante ou \xc3\xa9tudiant embauch\xc3\xa9 pour la saison estivale, vous devrez recevoir et traiter les commandes d\xe2\x80\x99assurance titres par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone, par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9copieur et par Internet. Vous g\xc3\xa9rerez les demandes de renseignements des clients et offrirez un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le exceptionnel. En travaillant avec plusieurs services internes, vous vous assurerez que les clients re\xc3\xa7oivent toujours le meilleur service possible. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous deviendrez une experte ou un expert en assurance titres et en divers produits de FCT, et vous fournirez des renseignements et des conseils \xc3\xa0 nos pr\xc3\xa9cieux clients.

Recevoir et traiter les commandes d\xe2\x80\x99assurance titres par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone, par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9copieur et par Internet.

Aviser les avocats de tout probl\xc3\xa8me li\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 leurs dossiers.

Informer les clients au sujet de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance titres et des divers produits offerts par FCT, et distribuer des trousses d\xe2\x80\x99information

Fermer et classer avec exactitude les dossiers li\xc3\xa9s aux polices, en y incluant tous les renseignements pertinents (commande, contenu, documents appropri\xc3\xa9s, etc.).

Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le.

Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et \xc3\xa9crite.

Excellentes aptitudes en informatique (suite Microsoft Office).

Grand souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation.
