What do our Member Advisors do?

You are one of the welcoming faces our members first encounter at our branches. You answer banking questions, help with daily financial transactions, and advise members of opportunities, products, services, and other solutions.

Member Advisors serve our members in-person, digitally, and by phone, building relationships and delivering a fantastic member experience through every interaction. You will:

• Greet members and provide the banking-related services they seek,
• Highlight and promote Synergy products and solutions,
• Process transactions,
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting around the use of our technology,
• Engage in proactive member communication by participating in outbound calling, promotions, campaigns, and other creative strategies, and
• Identify suspicious transactions or interactions and respond appropriately.

What do you bring?

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and enrollment in a post-secondary program in Fall of 2025,
• Excellent customer service and communication skills,
• Sales skills,
• Experience handling cash and completing financial transactions,
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail,
• Tech savviness,
• Passion for being involved in your local community, and
• A desire to learn.

More details:

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly

Term: Summer positions are anticipated to end August 29, 2025
