Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, as a Summer Student, Marketing & Property Administration in our ATB Place location in downtown Edmonton. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in honing their marketing skills at an exciting Asset and in expanding their learned skills in property administration. The successful candidate will fill a 4-month contract position (May to August) and will assist with spring and summer event planning/coordination, tenant services and communication, social media, reception and more. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm daily. The role will be reporting to the General Manager of ATB Place. As the Summer Student, Marketing & Property Administration, your role will be to assist the team with coordinating and promoting building events, elevating social media presence with Triovest\xe2\x80\x99s tenant driven app, assisting with marketing plans, completing project work, tenant services (such as responding to inquiries, requests, etc.), and reception coverage, all responsibilities as directed by the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer service/public relations skills, social media, marketing, property administration with a focus on service excellence and getting things done in an efficient manner.
