In this role, you will:

Research and analyze the Canadian legislative landscape in the context of BDC\'s operations

Review various contracts with service providers/clients

Review internal procedures and directives

Help perform some tasks related to the management of internal and/or external files

Perform other legal administrative tasks as required

You must have completed a minimum of one year of university studies in a relevant program and be registered to continue your studies in the fall of 2023. Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
