TFS currently has an exciting summer opportunity within our Systems departments that will provide you with an introduction to financial services in the automotive environment. This role will reside in our Markham Head Office.
What you will be doing:Assist with the daily administrative activities such as scheduling and sending minute meetings Assist and support the development of standard forms, templates and processes Provide updates on status reports Maintain and track budgets and costs Other duties as assigned

What you bring:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (College/University) and returning to school full-time in September, 2025 Studies in project management, IT management an asset Must be able to work the entire summer: Starting May 6 to August 22 Must be able to work onsite as part of the hybrid model (will be discussed during interview) Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Must be detail-oriented and meet deadlines
