Some general support of end users and internal customer service will be required. Key Responsibilities

  • Help users with requests, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions;
  • Assist in creating and updating knowledge management articles;
  • Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system, and applications;
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs;
  • Assist in maintaining equipment inventory;
  • Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use;
  • Contribute to projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a post secondary institution or a recent new graduate;
  • General technology background and skills in the Office365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate);
  • Awareness of the PC hardware, desktop operating system software & applications;
  • Awareness of the PC industry\xe2\x80\x99s current and emerging technology trends;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot;
  • Ability to research and understand technical documentation;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Experience with Windows operating systems;
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy;
  • Customer service oriented with strong problem solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines;
  • Accountability and ownership to complete tasks as required.
