As a majority owner and operator of the Weyburn EOR Project, annually we safely sequester approximately 1.5 million tonnes of CO 2 making it a unique project within our portfolio. We currently employ 1,200 people, including our valued contract staff.

Purpose:



The summer student will be responsible for day-to-day technical support for of the Enverus application suite including modules such as OpenInvoice, Pricebook & OpenTicket.



Main Responsibilities & Activities:



Complete vendor on-ramping requirements Troubleshoot coding validation errors through Fresh Service Provide training for both internal users and suppliers Manage various support email inboxes daily Create and upload Price Books for various suppliers provided by Supply Chain for automatic rate validations Perform Pricebook rate updates as required Reporting and assessing current Pricebook compliance to see where there are opportunities to increase spend coverage Assist with Cost-Control tasks as needed Projects as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



Working towards a degree or diploma, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology, is required Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required Highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Self- starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision * Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
