Job Title: Summer Student, Data Platform
Location: 260 Richmond Street West, Toronto

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Product Managers with coordinating key features to be rolled out in the product lifecycle
• Assist with sales enablement activities for BMP sales teams that rely on our product suite
• Manage data segment flows that are key to campaign turnaround times
• Manage and lead discount management operations for certain sales products
• Create and present status reports and other relevant project documentation
• Help deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
• Work with the wider product team to execute the product roadmaps and translate them into user stories
• Assist with ensuring all products are built to an appropriate level of quality
• Conduct user testing
• Help with QA and UAT and providing feedback to the product development team

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and to quickly adapt to changes
• Experience working with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly Organized and Resourceful, project management skillset is desirable
• Self-starting team player with a roll-up-your sleeves attitude
• Demonstrated drive to problem solve and find resolutions quickly and efficiently
• Role may require data entry and operational efficiencies
• Proficiency with data products (R, Python, etc.) is a great skillset to have
