WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

As the summer intern in the communications department, you will support our team in creating a social media calendar, graphics, and marketing materials for the upcoming school year.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Enrolled in a Communications, Public Relations or Media/Journalism program or a recent graduate Writing and editing skills Basic photography, videography, and graphic design skills Attention to detail Willingness to learn Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

This is a part-time, temporary position to start in early June. Please note that there is a two-week, unpaid shutdown from July 25 through August 11.

HOURS:

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday

LOCATION:

Catholic Education Centre, 427 Rice Road, Welland

RATE OF PAY:

$17.20 per hour
