23/080e - Summer Day Camp Assistant - Panorama Recreation

The Summer Day Camp Assistant assists in the implementation and delivery of active and engaging day camp programming for school age children. Assisting in the implementation and delivery of a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, the successful applicant will have a positive impact on the children and families involved and be an important member of the community recreation team. The Summer Day Camp Assistant will assist in ensuring children are engaged and provided with developmentally and age-appropriate programming, while ensuring participant safety and wellbeing throughout. The Summer Day Camp Assistant will work collaboratively with a Summer Day Camp Leader. The duration of this position is from approximately July 4 - September 1, 2023. This position requires an acceptable criminal record check. The applicant/incumbent will be required to undergo a criminal record check in order to work in this position and to report to their supervisor if any criminal charges are laid against them that may be related to their employment in this position.
