Please note:

This posting is for a 4-month Student Summer 2026 placement with a start date of May 2026 and end-date of August 2026.



In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026; or If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April/August 2026), but you require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?




This opportunity resides within the PB & CB Climate Transformation team and will be focused on standing up the Climate Data and Reporting initiatives which includes data transformation, ingestion, and reporting with both hands-on and facilitator responsibilities.

What will you do?



Facilitate data ingestion into the Climate Data Hub Create data assets to automate reporting processes Build out climate related reports, dashboards, and visualizations leveraging datasets available on the Climate Data Hub and prepare clear, concise and insightful analytics Develop a subject matter expertise in all manner of climate data including data analysis, aggregation, interpretation and recommendation Document all reporting processes for audit purposes Investigate/research new developments in the climate data space Build relationships and collaborate with the PB & CB Climate Transformation team and other key business partners

What do you need to succeed?



Must-have



Strong business and data acumen Python and SQL programming and experience Expertise with MS Office Suite Knowledge and working experience with data management and visualization using tools such as Tableau Strong data manipulation capabilities Degree in quantitative field of study (e.g. Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science) - to demonstrate capability for critical thinking and data analysis Excellent communication skills; ability to interact effectively with project managers, team members and senior business stakeholders

Nice-to-have



Relevant working experiences in ESG & Climate Experience in the Financial industry Experience with data modeling and database administration Expertise in navigating an Enterprise Data Warehouse, experience with Hadoop environments, R or other tools
