• Help implement site Improvement projects to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specifically Total Return to Stakeholders (TRS).
• Work with the Site IE Lead to run Kaizen, SMED activities
• Collaborate with multiple teams Including Operations, Reliability, Quality and Safety.

What will be your key responsibilities?Conduct and coordinate time studies and analysis to identify and quantify opportunities or shortfalls in the value stream and/or direct cost financial performance.Provide analysis and data on bottleneck capacity for each process function for evaluation of potential capacity constraints.Perform a key role in the team process of setting line performance standards; e.g., KPIs (ATS, TRS, MTBS) and line capacity impacting short and long term delivery of safety, quality, customer service, and cost deliverables.Conduct and coordinate studies and analysis to identify and quantify process and product quality and/or capacity constraints and opportunities to increase throughput.This position and all site associates are responsible for quality and food safety of products at the site.Drive the Focused Improvement Pillar forward through the Supply Excellence Program.What can you expect from Mars?
