About the Team / BU:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Program Enablement, the Program Analyst Co-Op will provide program support for all Access Networks activities to produce real-time program reporting dashboards, program risk prediction and planning tools as well as various other program activities.

This role requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, program management methodologies, and the ability to turn complex datasets into visually appealing dashboards that can be used by various stakeholders to understand program status, and perform various analysis activities to drive successful program execution.

What you\'ll be doing:

Build program dashboards in Power BI using multiple data sources to provide real-time program status

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns and trends.

Innovate various ways to visually display complex datasets in a meaningful way to highlight risks and drive problem resolution

Build the logic behind various risk planning and analysis activities to support successful program delivery

Create predictive models to forecast future trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What you have:

Love for data analysis and passion for data accuracy.

A believer in data-driven decision making.

Excel in translating complex data problems into visually appealing dashboards

Ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data using Power BI Dataflows and Datamarts.

Proficiency in Power Query, DAX and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.

Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
