Job Summary

The Lethbridge Bulls are seeking a dedicated and experienced Suite & Patio Manager to over-see and provide our patio & suite customers with a fun and excellent customer experience for all game-day events at Spitz Stadium. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in food service management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management, inventory control, and the ability to maintain high standards of customer experience and quality service. This position allows for part-time from January to April, and will be flexible full-time from May through September, when baseball games are scheduled at Spitz Stadium.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, schedule and supervise patio and suite attendants, to ensure excellent customer service Manage staff training and development programs to enhance team performance. Handle cash management and POS systems Manage the setup, stocking, and cleanliness of suites before events and oversee food and beverage inventory. Monitor and manage revenue by preparing reports and ensure accurate financing accounting Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly. Enforce policies such as safe alcohol service and general health & safety standards, as well as other organization policies Develop and implement procedures for the sales and suite operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during events Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in venue, hospitality or customer service environment Strong knowledge of alcohol & food safety policies & procedures Familiarity with inventory control processes and financial reconciliation and reporting to management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Background in hospitality management or kitchen management preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during Lethbridge Bulls games and other events held at Spitz Stadium. Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
