Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their inquiries professionally Perform body waxing services with attention to hygiene and safety protocols Maintain sanitation standards throughout the workspace, including cleaning treatment areas and equipment Assist clients with retail product recommendations and sales to enhance their experience Ensure all tools and supplies are properly sanitized and organized before and after treatments Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and aftercare instructions as needed Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Experience or familiarity with body waxing techniques and sanitation procedures Knowledge of retail sales principles to effectively recommend products to clients Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a professional setting Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of skincare products and treatments is preferred but not required
