Title: SuccessFactors - EC, Learning and HR Pay ECC
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada - Hybrid
JOB DESCRIPTION
Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience with Learning items, curricula, assignment profiles, and scheduled offerings
Understanding of LMS user roles, security, and approval workflows
Ability to troubleshoot LMS issues related to learning assignments, completions, and user access
Exposure to Plateau Report Designer or LMS reporting tools
Familiarity with SAP SF Integration Center and LMS connector configurations
Proficient in EC Core configurations, including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows
Experience with Position Management, Event Reason Derivation, and Propagation Rules
Familiarity with EC Benefits setup and employee data management
Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testing.
Support organizational and system changes ensuring payroll processes remain intact and compliant.
Work closely with the client to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
Assist in troubleshooting
Re
and resolving sustainment issues to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Configure and customize SAP payroll modules to align with business processes and regulatory requirements including Year-end T4/T4A related processing.
Proficient in debugging, editing, and writing payroll rules and schemas.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving replication related issues between SF EC and ECC.
Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and functionality.
Experience in year-end process and know how to read and write payroll rules and schemas
