Hours are flexible. Success Coach to bill when they work, seeking flexible availability - weekday mornings, afternoons, and some evenings.*

Compensation:

$30 an hour. $40 an hour for 1:1 Coaching Calls. Bi-weekly health benefits stipend is provided.

What will the Success Coach do....



Role:

The Success Coach plays a key role in helping our members thrive throughout the CGM program. You'll be there to guide, support, and cheer them on every step of the way.

You'll respond to member questions in our private Facebook group and by email within 24 business hours, ensuring every member feels seen and supported.

You'll also provide regular accountability check-ins to help members stay on track with their goals and complete the program feeling confident and successful.

In addition, you'll host 1:1 coaching calls via Zoom to set members up for success from the very start.

Collaboration is important to us, so you'll work closely with the Director of Operations and the Member Success Team to keep both the front and back-end processes running smoothly.

Utilize the company's preferred platform (Facebook and Gmail) to respond to members according to published guidelines and timeframes. Learn and continue to learn all the lessons in the CGM program and have in-depth knowledge of Nicole's method so they can confidently answer members' questions related to her teachings. Ensure all members are given up to date, accurate and helpful answers and next steps as they work through their program. Ensure members feel supported and valued through direct, warm, friendly and engaging communication. Communicate with the Director of Operations and other team members on member progress, red flags, mindset issues and any other relevant details
Moderate FB Group

Daily moderation and support. On their assigned daysthe coach must check the group throughout the day (mornings, afternoons, and evenings) to catch all member questions and answer within 24 business hours. Answer questions or direct to resources as needed Direct members back to the implementation plan when needed
Support & Accountability

Demonstrate empathy and compassion at all times Employ coaching strategies to support the client's personal growth
1:1 Coaching

Conduct 1:1 coaching calls, on zoom, to strategize with members for business growth and help set them up for success based on the schedule and guidelines provided by the company. Assess members' needs and guide them toward the resources, trainings, and milestones that best fit their goals. Communicate clearly and positively with members, maintaining professionalism and empathy. Thorough understanding of the concepts taught in the Clinic Growth Map Continuously updating knowledge on the concepts being taught in the Clinic Growth Map Support each member to ensure that they complete the Clinic Growth Map in the allotted program time Minimize delays by addressing questions promptly according to program guidelines and supporting members through resistance and blocks by effective coaching

Requirements



University educated Excellent time management skills Proficient project management skills Ability to communicate easily with others Confident, authoritative and able to provide direction to members Strong reliable internet connection Creativity, patience, and empathy

Details



20-40 hours a week based on the hours worked and billed Available during specific hours for 1:1 Coaching Calls Available during specific hours for FB group moderation Available to attend company meetings

Compensation:



Hourly rate is $30 an hour. $40 an hour for 1:1 Coaching Calls. Bi-weekly health benefits stipend is provided.
