Responsibilities

Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and serving areas. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their orders. Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Skills

Proficient in food preparation techniques with a strong understanding of food safety practices. Experience with POS systems, preferably Micros POS, for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy. Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
