Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items. Ensure compliance with food handling safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen sanitation protocols. Experience with food preparation techniques in a fast-paced environment. Strong math skills for accurate cash transactions and inventory management. Ability to effectively upsell menu items to enhance customer experience. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a clean work environment.
