Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. Duties

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately. Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
