What we are looking for:
Subrogation Adjuster
Candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be an eager self-starter, can demonstrate time management, a high level of integrity, an ability to work independently and a strong proficiency with technology.
Supervision
Managed by the Branch Manager, or in the absence of a Branch Manager, the District Manager.
Minimum Requirements
Secondary school and/or College degree preferred; 1+ years of subrogation experience, demonstrated oral and written communication, problem analysis, planning and organizational skills required.
Contact with Others
Inside contact with Branch Manager, other adjusters, and clerical workers. Outside contact with clients, policyholders, claimants, tradespersons and attorneys.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handling of subrogation claims for the Lloyds and domestic marketplace that have been opened and assigned by the corporation through its claims management system including but not limited to claims investigation and settlement, litigation management, and reporting to Underwriters. And any other services your manager or corporation may request of you.
Prepare timely, clear and concise reports to clients in the client's preferred report format.
Prepare timely, clear and concise reports internally as required.
Communicate as needed with the client to ensure the assignment is completed accurately and the client's needs are being met.
Analyze and evaluate special damages including auto estimates, property estimates, personal property inventories, medical bills, lost wage statements and medical reports.
Negotiate and conclude claims.
Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Competent in using computers for communication, documentation, and data entry
