Our team takes pride in helping clients rebuild and re-establish their credit history through financing. Our goal is to help as many people obtain qualified financing solutions in a challenging credit environment. This position is 100% Commission - if that intimidates you, no need to apply. We want someone driven, hungry and humble!! Agents in this role make 60,000-100,000 in their first year and are supported to succeed. The role can be very lucrative, for the right individual. Job Duties:
Contact applicants and get credit applications
200 Dials per week expected
Persistent in keeping up with contact sales pipeline.
Submit credit applications to our lenders.
Vehicle sourcing and selection.
Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle
Learn how to read credit bureau
Working with Subprime customers.
preparing for delivery.
Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
Establish relationships with dealer partners
What We Look for:
5+ years of experience with subprime lending, mortgages, credit and collections
5 years Phone sales experience
A work hard, play hard attitude.
Self-motivated and driven
Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
